| Mayowa Salami is an Associate Director, Financial Advisory & Strategy at Andersen in Nigeria.
He has over 14 years of extensive and wide range experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate finance, financial modelling, project finance, due diligence, business restructuring and capital fund raising. Mayowa started his professional service career at KPMG where he rose to the post of Manager in the Deals Advisory Practice. At KPMG, he led the execution of high profile mandates for clients cutting across different key sectors which include infrastructure and public utilities, power, telecommunication, manufacturing, and oil & gas. Prior to joining Andersen, Mayowa served as a Vice President, Corporate Finance at Alpha African Advisory and an Assistant Vice President at United Capital Investment Banking where he was responsible for Structured Trade Finance, Project Finance and Financial Advisory |
Mayowa is a versatile and dedicated professional who has gained experience across several competency areas. He has collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams of middle and senior management personnel in various organisations to ensure achieve overall engagement objectives.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Babcock University (1st class honours) and an MSc. in Finance & Accounting from Cardiff Business School. He is Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
