Tolulope is a Manager in the Oil, Gas and Power Practice at Andersen. She has over 7 years of providing tax compliance and advisory services to multinational and indigenous clients in various industries, with a focus on the oil, gas, mining, power and maritime sector.

Her years of experience cover corporate tax planning & compliance, personal income tax planning, planning and management of transaction taxes, tax dispute resolution, tax advocacy as well as constructive engagement with relevant tax authorities.

Over the course of her career at Andersen, She has also gained industry experience through secondment opportunities to an industrial conglomerate where she acted as the Group Tax Manager and a manufacturing company where she acted as the Tax Manager. In both instances, she ensured compliance with all tax obligations, provided advice on several tax issues and was very instrumental in assisting with process efficiency in the companies.

She has advised several clients on the tax, financial and regulatory implications of various landmark transactions. She has also been extensively involved in resolving disputes arising from tax audits and investigations by State and Federal tax authorities in Nigeria.

She has also worked as a consultant to the Lagos State Internal Revenue service leading several teams for tax audit of various companies across various sectors and also taken active part in tax resolutions for concerned companies.
