Utobong is a Manager in the Business Advisory Services Group at Andersen in Nigeria. She has extensive experience in forensic and internal audit services having worked on more than 20 large forensic engagements across sectors and in the areas of Forensic Investigation, Forensic Audit, Due Diligence & Market Intelligence, Dispute Advisory, ABC / FCPA Investigations, Compliance Review, Anti-money laundering etc.

Prior to joining Andersen, she worked in the Risk Consulting Group at KPMG Nigeria. She led a team in the resolution of a dispute between a Joint Venture operator (the principal) and its agent, in the oil and gas industry.

Utobong carried out Fraud risk diagnostic review of a leading electricity distribution company in Nigeria. The engagement involved a fraud risk assessment of the client’s business processes such as procure-to-pay, inventory management, billing and collection, etc. and proposing controls/recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
