Senior Manager, Commercial Practice Group

Vincent Okoukoni is a Senior Manager in the Commercial Practice Group at Andersen in Nigeria.

Prior to joining Andersen, Vincent spent over six years in Deloitte & Touche, where he began his professional career and provided tax compliance and advisory services to numerous clients in the financial services industry as well as consumer markets.

Over the course of his career, Vincent has led several projects on tax compliance and advisory, tax risk assessment and tax due diligence. He has assisted several local and multinational companies in reviewing transaction taxes, as well as providing tax advice on several business decisions.

Vincent has also assisted several companies in resolving disputes with tax authorities, ranging from desk reviews, tax reviews and tax investigation exercises.
